Foundation Cigar Company, helmed by Nicholas Melillo, has recently released a second addition to The Tabernacle line. The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT No. 142 cigar features a Connecticut U.S.A grown Habano seed, specifically cultivated with the help of farmers in the CT valley since 2014 in order to ensure its unique flavor characteristics. A lengthy fermentation and curing process of close to three years in Nicaragua followed, overseen by both Melillo and Abdel Fernandez. Underneath the wrapper lies a San Andres Mexican binder with fillers from Estelí and Jalapa regions of Nicaragua and Jamastran region in Honduras. Crafted at AJ Fernandez’s Tabacalera Fernandez, these cigars are available in Corona, Robusto, Toro and Double Corona sizes; each delivering lush taste full of spice for an enjoyable smoking experience.
