Matt Booth and Justin Andrews, esteemed cigar makers, collaborated in the creation of the Sancho Panza Extra Chido's blend. To achieve their desired flavor, they utilized a traditional aging process with the Dominican Piloto seco and ligero filler leaves called tercios. This technique involves wrapping the tobacco leaves in royal palm leaves, allowing their aromas and flavors to fully develop. The aged leaves were then combined with Nicaragua ligero filler leaves, a Nicaraguan binder, and finally covered with an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed wrapper.
