Skip Martin, from RoMa Craft, sought to make a cigar that was both on the intense side of the spectrum and boasted an array of intricate flavours. To do so, he utilized a San Andres Maduro wrapper - known for its darkness, grainy texture, and oiliness - and a Connecticut broadleaf binder, which he credited for giving it its distinct sweetness. As for the filler tobaccos, those included Nicaraguan Condega, Esteli Jalapa, Pueblo Nuevo and Dominican Olor Ligero. But to truly tie all of these components together they opted to use the robust Pennsylvania Double ligero called Green River Sucker One. The result is an incredibly full-bodied stick with an inviting medley of flavours...I'm sold!
