 Voted the 2023 No. 3 Cigar of the Year by Cigar Aficionado. Oliva Serie V Melanio cigars are a limited-run extension of the well-liked Oliva Serie V brand. This box-pressed stogie was created as a tribute to the family patriarch Melanio Oliva, who grew tobacco in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba in the 1800s. The blend of this Gran Reserva Limitada is made up entirely of Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos raised by the Olivas; and it's cloaked in a Sumatra-seed wrapper cultivated by the Olivas in Ecuador. Representing the first time that Oliva has employed this coveted wrapper tobacco, the result is an excellent cigar brimming with flavor.
