Jochy Palma may be a relatively new name in the cigar industry, but he has been producing and cultivating tobacco for decades. He runs Tabacalera Palma, a family business founded back in 1936. The tobaccos grown on his Dominican farms have become popular with some of the leading brands in the market, including La Flor Dominicana and Aging Room. Until recently, Jochy had mainly sold his produce to Europe; however, La Galera is now his signature line. It is now available to cigar enthusiasts across the world.
