The Senetjer cigar from Highclere Castle is a tribute to the discovery of King Tutankhamun’s tomb, funded by Lord Carnarvon who lived at the castle. Led by Archaeologist Howard Carter, the expedition uncovered the ancient Egyptian site a century ago. This special cigar boasts an irresistible Ecuadorian Habano Colorado wrapper, carefully wrapped around a binder made of Brazilian Mata Fina and filler tobaccos from undisclosed origins. The filler tobaccos have been aged for three years before being expertly rolled into cigars. They are then placed in a collectible box, replicating one found in the King’s tomb with its own set of hieroglyphics that translate to "Highclere Castle". The name "Senetjer" comes from the ancient Egyptian term for incense or "of the gods" and these cigars are meticulously handmade at AJ Fernandez's Tabacalera Fernandez factory in Nicaragua.
